Biological activity: Mogroside IV is a triterpenoid glycoside, which can be separated from the extract of Momordica grosvenorii. Mogroside IV is a non-sugar sweetener. Mogroside is sweeter than sucrose. Mogroside has antioxidant, anti diabetes and anti-cancer activities.

Chemical properties: soluble in methanol and ethanol, insoluble in petroleum ether, chloroform and other solvents. It comes from the dried fruit of Siraitigagrosvenorii (Swing) CChemicalbook.JeffreyexLuetZ.Y.Zhang, a cucurbitaceae plant.

Purpose: for content determination/identification/pharmacological experiment, etc.
