Sulforaphane, also known as "raphanin", is rich in cruciferous plants such as broccoli, mustard, and radish. It is a common antioxidant and the most potent and effective active ingredient in natural anti-cancer substances. It is a multifunctional inducer that can induce the body to produce type II detoxifying enzymes - glutaglycine transferase and quinone reductase, which can produce resistance to many carcinogens and prevent carcinogens from destroying genetic factors in healthy cells, thus playing an anticancer role (from references)
