Hesperetin (CAS: 520-33-2), molecular formula C₁₆H₁₄O₆, MW 302.28, is a natural flavanone abundant in citrus fruits. It appears as pale yellow needle crystals, sparingly soluble in water and soluble in organic solvents like methanol and ethanol.
